Umm, I really wanted this to work, but the plastic felt cheap right away. It ended up breaking within the first week, so I was disappointed.

Camera drops offline every day. Frustrating.

The video looks blurry and grainy even when the lighting is good!! I was expecting it to be much clearer, so I’m disappointed with this.

I spent maybe 15 or 20 minutes trying to get the camera mount set up, and it still never felt totally solid. It always seemed a little wobbly, which got annoying fast. I’ve been using it for about a week or so, and it’s not really comfortable for daily use either. The buttons are placed in odd spots, so I keep having to adjust my grip. Overall, I’m just not impressed with the design.

I tried icontactcamera because I wanted my video calls to feel a bit more natural, especially since I’m on calls a lot. I waited longer than I expected to get things set up and see if it would really make a difference, so I was already a little annoyed by the time I started testing it.
When it worked, it did make me look more like I was facing the camera, but it wasn’t consistent. Sometimes my eyes looked slightly strange or fake, and after waiting for it to process or settle in, that just made it more frustrating. On longer calls, I kept noticing it, which kind of defeated the whole point.
Maybe it works better with a different camera or lighting setup, but for me it didn’t feel dependable enough. It’s not awful, and I can see what they’re going for, but after all the waiting and tweaking, I expected it to look more natural than it did.

I ordered from icontactcamera.com and the delivery was just a mess, a mess. It took way longer than they said it would, and the tracking barely moved, so I was just sitting there waiting, waiting, with no idea where my package was.

I emailed them to ask what was going on, but the reply was slow and didn’t really answer anything. The whole thing was stressful, stressful enough that I don’t think I’ll order from them again.

The camera itself looks fine, so I wanted to like it, but the audio was a letdown. Voices come through kind of muffled, and every now and then there’s this weird buzzing that gets irritating. For the price, I shouldn’t feel like I’m begging it to do the basics right. It’s not completely unusable, but i’m a little resentful that something this simple ended up being so annoying

I sent it back, the whole return process has been a nightmare. I’m still waiting on my refund, and, at this point, it’s just really frustrating

I bought this from icontactcamera.com and wish I hadn’t wasted the time. I could not get the software to work properly on my laptop. It kept showing that the camera was connected, but the app wouldn’t load the way it was supposed to. I tried reinstalling everything, switching USB ports, and even testing it on another computer, but ran into the same problems. The support info didn’t really help much either. Maybe it works fine for other setups, but for me it was just a frustrating time sink.

I grabbed this mostly because I didn’t want to spend too much and figured it was worth trying. It showed up fine, worked fine, and I didn’t really have any big issues with it. After using it a bit, I’d say it’s okay for the price, decent value overall, just not something that really stands out

Got the support I needed eventually, but replies were slow. Not a bad experience, just wish it had been a little quicker
